This website is operated by Silver Fern Honey New Zealand Ltd (‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’) and has been created to inform the user (‘you’, ‘your’) about Us and Our products. We also offer You an online service where You can purchase Our products. Our aim is to make Your experience with Us an enjoyable one.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. We reserve the right to change any of these conditions and any changes made are effective immediately. We will post a notice on our website to advise You of any changes.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Order online by selecting item/s, and then follow instructions on how to complete the online order form.
Payment can be made via internet banking or by Paypal. We accept all major credit cards and transactions for these are via Paypal. Payment must be made and cleared into Our account before any Product will be dispatched to You.
All efforts will be made to deliver ordered products by or before the estimated date. However We do not accept any liability for any damages caused by delay in delivery or any failure to deliver any Products ordered by You for whatever reason.
In most situations We only freight Our Products within New Zealand. If You would like to order Our Products from outside New Zealand please email email@example.com and We will organise special delivery.
Free Shipping is available on orders over $75 NZD and is only valid for New Zealand addresses.
If You are purchasing Products for delivery outside of New Zealand then You will be responsible for any import and export charges; and at Your own risk obtain any import and export licences and other official authorisation or documents, obtain all customs formalities necessary for the import or export of the products and comply with all local laws and regulations.
You can not cancel an order once it has been paid for.
Returns or Refunds
All products are sold on a no return for credit basis, unless:
- The Products are received in a damaged state
- The Products are supplied in the incorrect quantity
- Incorrect Products are supplied to You
- The Products are faulty.
If any of these apply, we will deliver to you a replacement Product or refund to you the price paid. All claims for credit must be made by You within seven (7) days of receipt of the Product. Claims are made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and must be accompanied by attaching a copy of the delivery slip that corresponds to the product. If no delivery slip is attached all claims are deemed void.
For products that are damaged due to freight handling error, please retain packaging and product, as the courier provider may need to see this as part of the claims process. If Your goods are received in a damaged state, please contact Us immediately.

We guarantee that We will not sell, lease or giveaway any private information that You provide Us with. This includes Your email address and other contact details.
All personal details are stored securely and are treated as confidential and will only be used for the purpose of processing Your order. If You wish to have Your details removed from Our file please contact Us via email and We will action Your request immediately.
